Chellaiyah, a devoted 60-year-old farmer, believes farming is a sacred duty and disapproves of his son Pattamuthu working for others. However, when Pattamuthu secretly takes up a job under Linga and becomes entangled in illegal money dealings, Chellaiyah must step in to rescue his son and guide him back to his roots.
