Allah Rakha Rahman, born A. S. Dileep Kumar on January 6, 1967, is a renowned Indian music composer, singer, and philanthropist. He is celebrated for his contributions to Indian cinema, particularly in Tamil and Hindi films, and has also made occasional ventures into international cinema. Rahman has received numerous accolades, including six National Film Awards, two Academy Awards, two Grammy Awards, a BAFTA Award, and a Golden Globe Award. Additionally, he has won fifteen Filmfare Awards and seventeen Filmfare Awards South. In 2010, the Indian government honored him with the Padma Bhushan, the nation's third-highest civilian award.
